Privacy Policy

Only what the reminder needs. Clear choices about texting.

This policy describes Nudlo's informational website and the safeguards prepared for its private owner-only SMS pilot. The operator is Kiesan, operating Nudlo. Text enrollment is not currently available. Version: November 3, 2026; applies to the website when published.

Website and support information

These static pages have no advertising, analytics scripts, account system, tracking cookies or submitting forms. The fictional demonstration does not save choices. Cloudflare Pages is the selected website host; when published, Cloudflare may process request information such as IP addresses and security logs under its own policies. Nudlo has not enabled website analytics. Opening an email link uses your email app; support emails and attachments are processed by Gmail. Do not send passwords, verification codes, identity documents or sensitive reminder content.

The limited pilot

The pilot is planned only for its adult US owner, using their own separately verified mobile number. It is not open to the public or children. It covers one fresh test reminder, one enrollment confirmation and requested HELP/STOP replies. It does not import existing personal reminders, fetch MMS photos or perform AI interpretation.

Before activation, the service would process the verified Apple subject, mobile number, phone-verification evidence, versioned consent record, a fresh reminder, delivery identifiers and status. Phone numbers and reminder contents are encrypted in Nudlo's prepared store. Access is restricted to the one approved subject/number pair. Callback processing reads control words and retains limited classification and event fingerprints, not raw inbound text or photos. Hashed identifiers may remain linkable personal data; they are not anonymous.

Purpose and service processing

This information is used to authenticate the participant, verify their number, honor their choice, deliver the requested reminder, handle withdrawal and investigate problems. No access to Messages history, contacts or unrelated photos is needed. SMS is not end-to-end encrypted.

When separately activated, Twilio and mobile carriers necessarily process destination numbers, message content and routing/status information to verify the number and carry the requested texts. Apple processes sign-in. These services have their own retention and security practices. The consent ledger remains under Nudlo's control and is not provided for another party's use. We do not sell or rent personal data, distribute lists, or share mobile information for marketing. We do not transfer messaging consent to affiliates, partners or another sender.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties.

The private backend host and region will be disclosed before live enrollment. No live participant data is accepted through this website. A lawful disclosure obligation, if one arises, will be handled narrowly under applicable law; it does not authorize marketing or transfer of consent.

Retention and deletion

The prepared pilot procedures use a 30-day retention threshold after a reminder’s intended time and a 90-day threshold for delivery/control metadata. Verification challenges expire after 10 minutes; sessions after 15 minutes. Daily maintenance removes expired records; cleanup can take up to 24 hours after a retention threshold. Consent evidence is retained while the pilot choice is active and for one year after withdrawal or pilot closure to resolve consent disputes, then removed by daily maintenance. This is Nudlo's operational retention choice, not a statement of a legally required period.

Encrypted backups cannot be restored after 30 days and are removed by daily maintenance after expiry. A verified deletion request removes active reminder content, phone-verification records, sessions and event data; minimal consent evidence follows the period above. A restricted keyed suppression/deletion record is retained until the pilot is permanently retired so deletion or restoration cannot restart messages. Historical backups are isolated, expire within 30 days, and cannot be restored without applying the current suppression/deletion record. Old sessions and scheduling are never reactivated during recovery.

Support messages are deleted at monthly reviews once a request has been closed for 90 days, within 120 days of closure, including trash. There is no current public backend storing participant data; maintenance and recovery drills must also be verified on the selected host before activation. Provider, carrier, email and device copies follow their respective policies; Nudlo cannot erase messages from your iPhone or promise immediate deletion from their systems.

Your choices and requests

Phone verification is separate from optional SMS consent. Continue without SMS at any time. Once the pilot is active, reply STOP to withdraw. STOP does not delete device or provider records. We establish the requester's authority before disclosing data and do not ask for credentials or verification codes by email. Applicable legal rights remain unaffected.

Changes

Changes will be dated here. Before any expanded pilot or materially different purpose, Nudlo will update these disclosures and obtain an appropriate new choice. This website does not activate messaging or accept enrollment.
