What to include

Tell us whether your question concerns the app, the planned texting pilot or privacy. Describe the issue without including passwords, API keys, verification codes, identity documents or sensitive reminder content.

Messaging help

The live pilot is not active yet. Once connected, HELP is intended to return support information and STOP will withdraw texting consent. Carrier blocking after STOP may prevent a HELP reply; use email instead. This website cannot send a command to Twilio or verify that a number has opted out.

Privacy requests

Use the same email for access, correction or deletion requests. We will need to establish your authority before handling private records. A request to stop messages is distinct from deletion of provider or device records.

Important reminders

Nudlo is not an emergency service. Do not rely on email support or reminder delivery for urgent or safety-critical matters.
