Terms of Service

A reminder companion, with limits made clear.

These terms describe Nudlo's private owner-only reminder pilot, operated by Kiesan, operating Nudlo. They apply to this informational website upon publication. The private SMS service is not available yet. Version: November 3, 2026.

Who may use the pilot

Only the adult US owner, using their own verified mobile number and a fresh test reminder, is proposed for this first pilot. There is no public signup. A Twilio account or phone verification does not by itself enroll anyone in Nudlo messages.

What the service will do

After separate approval and setup, the pilot is intended to deliver one explicitly requested SMS reminder, an enrollment confirmation and requested HELP/STOP service responses. The SMS Terms describe messaging choices and charges. The Privacy Policy explains the proposed data handling.

Current local prototypes and examples do not represent live delivery, authentication, AI understanding or subscription entitlements. Automated natural-language replies, photo interpretation and public customer access are outside this pilot.

Your responsibilities

Use only your own number and content you are entitled to provide. Keep account access secure. Do not send unlawful, abusive or sensitive content, enroll someone else, or attempt to bypass service safeguards. Check the reminder's details and maintain a backup for anything important.

Timing and reliability

Reminders can be delayed, blocked or lost because of devices, networks, carriers or outages. Nudlo is not an emergency, medical, safety-critical or guaranteed deadline service. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not permit excluding.

Fees and subscriptions

This pilot does not sell a subscription or authorize a charge. Your carrier's message and data rates may apply. Any future paid subscription must show its price and renewal terms before a separate purchase. No free trial, referral billing extension or active Pro entitlement is promised here.

Ending or changing the pilot

You may decline texting or withdraw by replying STOP once messaging is active. The pilot may be paused or ended for safety, technical or compliance reasons. New features or expanded message frequency require updated information and appropriate authorization; they do not follow automatically from this experiment.

Nudlo and your content

Nudlo's name, Nudge artwork and application remain protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. You retain rights to your content and permit only the processing needed to provide the service you request.

The service will not open until its authentication, consent, sender verification and operational checks are complete. The public operator display is not a claim of business registration or a separate legal entity.
